1. Accuracy of Collectibles & Items
As-Is Sales: All items sold from this NASA collection are vintage, unique, or historic. They are sold in "as-is" condition.
We make every effort to describe, measure, and photograph items as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, wear, and condition are to be expected with vintage memorabilia.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Timeline: Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days using Standard Ground Shipping.
Alternative Shipping: Any requests for expedited or alternative shipping must be made and agreed upon prior to purchase.
Carrier Risk: Once an item is handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss or transit delay transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
3. All Sales Are Final (No Returns or Cancellations)
No Returns: Due to the rare and irreplaceable nature of these items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
No Post-Shipment Cancellations: You may request an order cancellation only if the item has not yet shipped. Once an item has shipped, no cancellations will be accepted.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase, use, or handling of any items from this collection.
5. Customer Support & Dispute Resolution
If you experience any issues, damage during transit, or concerns with your order, you agree to contact us directly at jackscosmiclegacy@gmail.com before initiating any external disputes or chargebacks. We value our customers and will work with you in good faith to find a solution.
6. Modifications to Service and Prices
Prices for our items are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any item or service at any time.
